Teaching students how to write a descriptive segment is vital in both narrative and informational writing. What is great is that you can teach any theme or topic you are learning about in your classroom! Here is a cute lesson for you to use this week for Groundhog's Day! Listen to the second-grade sample. He was so excited to share with everyone. I love that we are teaching kids to love to write at such an early age!
