Great Pacific Garbage Patch:Digital Unit

Looking for a great digital lesson for your middle school students? This week, my 6th graders have been learning all about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. 

This lesson is all laid out for your students with step-by-step directions and examples. Get a copy HERE! I have added my own personal directions and Bitmoji, so be sure to read through and make any changes necessary. I have also set out a timeline to complete the lessons spending about 20-30 minutes each day. You can adjust that as well depending on how much time you have to spend! 

As you can see, this is an entire unit with a book summary, note-taking on videos, finding Golden Bricks in articles, and an informational writing assignment at the end.
