March 2021 Grades 5-8 Lesson of the Month

Time for revision! In this robust lesson, students will have the opportunity to go step by step through the revision process to add necessary “VITAMINS” to the weak sentences provided. By guiding students through the process, they will be able to take boring sentences and easily revise them to create powerful imagery. This can be used as a prototype for any set of sentences you choose or that students have previously written. Apply the same concepts to your chosen sentences and adjust each of the slides accordingly.
